In order to encourage new residential and commercial development in Black Rock, the City’s Office of Planning and Economic Development (OPED) has issued a re-districting of the area to support this effort. With extensive input from our community, we hope to work with the City to implement this plan successfully and to attract new residents and businesses to our village. 
The colors on the map reflect the existing zoning of Black Rock. The thick bold black lines reflect rezoning. Red – commercial, Purple – industrial, Yellow, orange – Residential.
