In 2012, Representative Auden Grogins was awarded a $500k grant to improve the streetscape on Fairfield Avenue in the Black Rock Business District. Planning sessions are underway for the Ash Creek gateway entering Black Rock from the Fairfield line, as well as the intersection of Fairfield Ave. and Brewster Street. On July 6, 2017, Freeman Companies presented their initial plans at a public meeting and received valuable input from our residents. Click here to download the presentation.
