American Rescue Plan Funding –
The numbers are in! A total of forty-three (43) businesses in the Fairfield Avenue corridor of Black Rock were awarded a grand total of $814,328 in grant money to be used for storefront improvements and/or business expansion. This funding was provided by the Federal government through the American Rescue Plan (ARP) to provide an economic boost to cities for losses suffered during the Covid shutdowns.
