Black Rock NRZ is exploring a new way of getting ahead of possible zoning issues, particularly as they affect the Fairfield Avenue corridor and the Commercial Overlay District. See the attached proposal; many thanks to Secretary Joe Larcheveque for putting together these ideas.
The Committee is also planning to meet monthly (the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 at the Burroughs) to address any possible issues. Public is invited and encouraged to attend.
